What is Rakital?

Rakital is a platform for booking sports courts (padel, squash, tennis) with tournament system, player rankings and gamification features.

How do I register?

Go to the login page, open the Sign up tab, and enter your email and password. You will receive a verification code by email. After confirming your email, complete your profile with your first and last name.

Is Rakital free to use?

Basic features are free. Some tournaments and events may require a participation fee.

How do I register for a tournament?

Go to the Events page, find the tournament you want to join, and click "Register". Follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Can I cancel my tournament registration?

Yes, you can cancel your registration from your account page. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the event.

What happens if I don't show up for a tournament?

Please contact the organizer as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future registrations.

How do I update my profile?

Go to your Account page and click "Edit Profile" to update your information.

Can I change my email?

You can add or verify your email in Account → Settings. To change your login email, please contact support at rakital.team@gmail.com.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact support at rakital.team@gmail.com with your request.

Payment & Rewards

What payment methods are accepted?

Check the payment section on the event or reward page for available payment methods. More options will be added over time.

How do I earn rewards?

You can earn rewards by participating in tournaments, winning matches, and completing challenges. Check the Rewards page for more information.

How do I redeem rewards?

Go to the Rewards page, select the reward you want, and follow the redemption instructions.

Technical Support

I didn't receive the email verification code. What should I do?

Check your spam folder and that your email address is correct. Use "Resend code" to get a new one. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support at rakital.team@gmail.com.

The app is not working properly. How can I report a bug?

Can I use Rakital on mobile?

Yes, Rakital is fully responsive and works on mobile devices. A mobile app is coming soon.
